Welcome to www.soleillash.com (“Site”), operated by Angels LA Studio LLC, doing business as Soleil Lash, located at 1319 S Harbor Blvd, Fullerton, CA 92832. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

This Site is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent from Soleil Lash.

2. Services & Appointments

All services listed are subject to availability. By booking through our Site or in-person, you agree to our salon policies including cancellation, late arrivals, refunds, and health disclosures. It is your responsibility to read and understand these policies prior to booking.

3. Payment & Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All payments for services must be made in full at the time of booking or at the appointment. For prepaid services, refunds are not available unless required by law.

4. Allergic Reactions

Soleil Lash does not offer refunds due to allergic reactions. Reactions are unpredictable and we recommend a patch test at least 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, images, and designs are the property of Angels LA Studio LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use may violate copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soleil Lash is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to allergic reactions or scheduling issues.

7. Privacy

Any personal information you provide is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using this Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Orange County, California.

9. Changes to Terms

Soleil Lash reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms

10. Appointment Booking Agreement

By booking an appointment with Soleil Lash, I acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and legally capable of consenting to lash extension services. I understand that these services carry inherent risks, including but not limited to irritation of the orbital eye area, stinging, burning, redness, blurry vision, and in rare cases, potential blindness due to allergic reactions or accidental contact with adhesive.

I acknowledge that I have truthfully represented my age and understand that providing false information may release Angels LA Studio LLC, DBA Soleil Lash, from any liability resulting from the service provided under false pretenses.

I further acknowledge that:

• I have disclosed any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions relevant to lash services.

• I understand the potential risks and side effects associated with the application of lash extensions.

• I will communicate any concerns with my lash technician prior to the start of the procedure.

• I consent to the procedure and release the lash technician and staff of Soleil Lash from liability related to any adverse reaction, unforeseen result, or condition that may arise, provided reasonable care was taken.

This consent and agreement shall apply to all current and future appointments and remain in effect unless revoked in writing. I confirm that I have read and fully understand the content of this statement, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily agree to receive lash extension services under these terms.
