  • Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for allergic reactions. Reactions can be unpredictable, especially for clients with sensitive skin.     If you still choose to proceed with the lash service, we will not be held responsible for any allergic responses that may occur.

  • Walk-in appointments are welcome but are subject to availability.

  • We recommend texting us in advance to (833) 816-2735  or booking online to ensure a spot.

  • All walk-in clients are required to prepay for their selected service at the time of check-in.

  • This ensures your spot is reserved and helps us manage appointment flow efficiently.

  • Please note that the photo is for inspiration and reference only. The final result may vary depending on your eye shape, color, and age. While we cannot guarantee an exact match, we will do our best to achieve a result that closely aligns with your expectations.

  • For safety and insurance reasons, no additional guests are allowed in the lash station room, including children.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be present in the treatment room during the consultation

    LATE POLICY

If you are running late to an appointment, please text us through your confirmation message at

(833) 816-2735 to let us know.

If there is no communication, we will assume you are not showing up and may release your appointment.

If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee your requested technician. If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted. You will still be charged full price.

If you are more than 15 minutes late we will try our best to accommodate you but reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if we are unable to.

If you are more than 20-30 minutes late your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees may apply. Please keep in mind we will always do our best to accommodate your session.

CANCELLATION

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

This will allow us to offer your spot to another customer. If you choose to book another appointment after a last minute cancellation or No Show, a new deposit will be required to secure your new appointment date and time.

The cancellation fee is NON REFUNDABLE unless you cancel BEFORE 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. 

You will forfeit your $30 cancellation fee for each appointment that is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time.

Soleil Lash takes great pride in the work we do! If you have any concerns with the service you received, let us know within 72 hours and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge.
